Paraffin Treatments

Your hand, foot or elbow is dipped several times in the paraffin, wrapped in a liner and covered with a warm mitt. Cuticles and calluses come out soft.

Swedish

Five main strokes, all worked toward the heart, to move blood through the soft tissues of the body. The common starting point if you have not had a massage before.

Sports

Built around training. Sessions can be booked before, during or after a training block.

Neuromuscular Therapy

Soft tissue work on the central nervous system and the musculoskeletal system, aimed at the underlying cause rather than the sore spot.

Shiatsu

Also known as acupressure. Pressure applied at the acupuncture points, working along the meridians.

Myofascial Release

Hands-on work using a range of techniques, movement therapy and re-education in body mechanics.

Connective Tissue

The therapist hooks the fingers into the skin and superficial connective tissue and works a dragging stroke that stretches the skin.

Polarity Therapy

Gentle manipulation based on the idea that positive and negative poles exist in every cell, working to balance the two.

Hot Stone

Warm stones worked alongside hands-on massage. Booked as a 60 minute session.

Reflexology

Pressure work on the reflex points of the feet, hands and ears. Ask about it when you book.

Pregnancy Massage

Massage for clients who are expecting, in a calm room. Let us know how far along you are when you call.

Chair Massage

A 10 minute seated massage. The quickest thing on the menu and easy to add onto a nail appointment.
